He then worked for the geo-political and macro-economic advisory firm Oxford Analytica before joining the executive search firm Perrett Laver where as Senior Consultant he helped build the Global Development Practice. He works on CEO appointments for some of the world’s largest organisations as well as relishing serving some of the smallest and quirkiest! Ewen graduated from Princeton University. Sam Stephens has a deep interest in people and a particular passion for bringing people together. This is reflected in his founding of streetbank – a NESTA funded social enterprise bringing neighbours together, in organising street parties and in his decision to join executive search firm, Saxton Bampfylde straight out of university. Sam founded Macaulay in 2008 and has led much of Macaulay’s work at Oxfam, World Vision and the Blue Cross. Sam read geography at the University of Edinburgh and completed an MBA at Imperial College Business School. Sam is a qualified executive coach and takes a lead on people seeking to make a career transition.
